Our strategy focused on attracting new customers through a multi-layered TikTok campaign that combined awareness-driving tactics with high-intent retargeting efforts.

To expand reach, we leveraged TopFeed, introducing the brand to fresh audiences who were then funneled into our Video Shopping Ads (VSA) and Product Shopping Ads (PSA) for conversion. One of the standout performers was the TikTok Exclusive Beauty Shopping Audience, which drove 29% of total revenue from PSA and VSA, proving the power of curated, platform-specific audience segments. Additionally, we tapped into GMV Max, a new TikTok Shop campaign type, which generated an impressive 55% of total revenue. Its breakout success allowed us to scale the campaign 13X over the initial budget, demonstrating the potential of data-driven optimizations to drive exponential growth.
